What time do I need to be at the Town Hall for?

The ceremony will begin at 4pm sharp. Please aim to arrive 30 minutes early and head to the Westminster Room.

​

After the ceremony, we will make our way to the front of the Town Hall for group photos and confetti shots before heading to the reception venue by the pre-booked wedding bus, with a glass of bubbly in hand.

Are there any hotels near the reception venue? ​

The restaurant is just a stone's throw away from Covent Garden so there are plenty of hotels nearby, including the Page8 Hotel, which is directly below. A few other suggestions include:​

Dress code

We want our guests to look and feel their best so please wear formal attire.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Please let us know if you can make it by completing the form in the RSVP section by 31st May 2025 as we will need to inform the venue of final numbers by then. This includes if you are unable to join us. Once this deadline has passed, unfortunately, we will not be able to adjust our guest count so we will have to assume you are unable to attend.

Food Choices & Dietary Requirements​

We will have a sit-down wedding breakfast when we arrive at the restaurant for which food choices will be shared with you closer to the time. When you RSVP, please leave your email address for us to send you the menu and please also include details of any dietary requirements / allergies.

 

Canapes and light bites will also be served later in the evening.

Can I bring a plus one?

Those who are invited will be named on the invitation text / email. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any additional guests.

Are children welcome? 

We would have loved to invite your little ones; however, the wedding and evening celebration is an adult only event with the exception of a small number of children in our immediate family. Those who are invited will be named on the invitation.​​

Can we take photographs?

Please note that we kindly request no photos be taken during the ceremony, as we'd love everyone to be fully present and enjoy the moment with us. Feel free to take as many photos as you like afterwards!
